Hello again Reader,
As someone who is interested in helping introverted leaders navigate the challenges of anxiety, stress & depression, Imposter Syndrome, and lack of confidence, I wanted to share with you some insights I’ve gained on the importance of visibility.
For a long time, I struggled with feeling like I had to be constantly visible on social media, sharing every aspect of my life and work with the world. Recently I've even been participating in a 100-day visibility challenge which for an introvert like me has been truly challenging.
But I’ve come to realize that this isn’t the only way to connect with the people I hope to serve.
Instead of trying to appeal to everyone and being constantly visible on social media, I’m now focusing on sharing value-added content just a couple of times a week and spending more time connecting directly with introverts in topically relevant online groups.
Here are a few things to consider when it comes to visibility and finding your own way to connect with your ideal clients:
1 THING FOR YOU TO THINK ABOUT:
Visibility isn’t just about being seen. It’s about creating meaningful connections with the people you want to serve.
Exercise: Contemplate WHY it is that you want to do. Consider all the reasons WHY, including any that might be thought of as selfish or self-serving, for example, "I want to finally be seen, heard, understood." Explore how even these seemingly selfish reasons can serve to help you create more meaninful connections.
3 THINGS FOR YOU TO ASK YOURSELF:
1 THING FOR YOU TO TRY THIS WEEK:
Try connecting directly with your ideal clients in topically relevant online groups. Start by joining a few groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, Alignable or Reddit that align with your area of expertise and spend some time engaging with the community. Share your insights, ask and answer questions, and start building relationships with the people you want to serve. You could also head over to Quora.com and answer some questions there.
THIS WEEK'S TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
Remember, finding your own way to visibility is a journey, and the opportunities to get in front of the people who are looking for you and your expertise are everywhere and the possibilities are practically endless.
It just takes a little time, consistency, and a willingness to experiment and try new things. But by staying focused on the people you want to help -- and the value you can bring to their lives -- you’ll be able to create meaningful connections and build a life and a career filled with peace, purpose and prosperity.
If you have any questions or insights to share, feel free to reply to this email. I’d love to hear from you!
Until next time,
Guin

Unlocking Your Inner Power I hope this email finds you well. As an introverted (or ambiverted) leader or coach, it's likely that you're familiar with the pressure to constantly be productive, to always be "on," and to never take a break.
